Personalization

How does personalization work?

Each piece has a small set of details you can make your own — names, dates, a line of your choosing, and in many cases photographs. As you enter them you’ll see a preview of your piece exactly as we will prepare it. That preview is the proof we work from.

Can I see my piece before it is made?

Yes — the preview you build is what we print from, and we review every order by hand before it goes to print. If our review turns up anything that looks off — a crop, a stray character, a date that reads ambiguously — we will contact you before anything is made.

What if I make a mistake in a name or a date?

Write to us as soon as you notice, through the contact page. If your piece hasn’t gone to print yet, we’ll correct it — and our hand review catches many of these before they ever reach that point.

Photographs

What makes a good photograph?

The version closest to the original — sent straight from a phone or camera rather than a screenshot, a heavily filtered copy, or a photo of a printed photo — almost always prints best. We check every photograph’s resolution against the size of the piece while you’re choosing it, and we’ll let you know right away if a picture may print soft.

Can you work with an old or damaged photograph?

Often, yes. Upload the best version you have and we will look at it during our hand review. If we don’t believe it will do the memory justice, we will reach out before printing.

Timelines and service dates

How long does a keepsake take?

Each piece is made to order. Most orders are reviewed, printed, and dispatched within a few business days, with delivery time added on top. You’ll receive a note at each step — when your piece is being prepared, and when it ships.

We have a service coming up — can you meet the date?

Tell us the service date when you order. Orders with a service date are watched closely from review through dispatch, and if we ever believe a date is at risk, we will contact you right away rather than leave you wondering.

For funeral homes

Do you work with funeral homes?

Yes. Partner funeral homes can place orders on behalf of families, keep an eye on every order from one place, and offer keepsakes as a natural part of their care. If you’d like to join, you can register your funeral home — we review every partnership personally and respond within one business day.
